PARADOX Instagram Contest Rules

§1. Organizer

  1. The organizer of the PARADOX contest is eco24 sp. z o.o., located at ul. Algierska 17k, 03-977 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: 521-403-90-48.
  2. The prizes in the Contest are provided by eco24 sp. z o.o., at the same address.
  3. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram bears no responsibility for the Contest, and all questions, comments, or complaints should be directed to the Organizer, not Instagram. The Organizer agrees to hold Instagram harmless from any claims made by Contest Participants related to this Contest.

§2. Contest Duration and Committee

  1. The Contest begins on April 22, 2025, and ends on May 5, 2025.
  2. Participants are rewarded for responses posted in the comments under the contest post during this period. The results will be publicly announced no later than May 12, 2025.
  3. To ensure proper organization, the Organizer will appoint a Contest Committee of three selected individuals to oversee the Contest and determine the winners. The Organizer resolves all matters regarding the rules and interpretations of this document.

§3. Eligibility and Participation

  1. Any natural person (Participant) can enter the Contest if they:
    • Like the contest post
    • Tag 2 people in the comments
    • Follow the @paradox24_com  Instagram profile
    • Answer the question: “What is your life paradox?” and share their story in a comment

Additional conditions:
1.1. Reside in Poland
1.2. Be 18 years or older and have full legal capacity
1.3. Have no personal, capital, or organizational links with the Organizer
1.4. Have read and accepted the Contest Rules
1.5. Completed the Contest Task

  1. Failing to meet any of the above conditions will disqualify the Participant. Discovery of disqualification grounds after prize distribution may result in revocation.
  2. Participation requires accepting these Rules. Providing data for the Contest is voluntary but necessary to participate.
  3. Participants must enter personally. Fake accounts or use of third-party accounts is prohibited. Instagram profile data must be accurate.

§4. Contest Details and Procedure

  1. The Contest is conducted solely online via the Organizer’s Instagram profile: @paradox24_com
  2. Contest tasks:
    2.1 Like the post and follow the @paradox24_com account
    2.2 Share your contest response on your own profile and tag @paradox24_com
  3. Entries must be relevant to the contest theme and not violate any laws or rights. Participants must hold full copyright to submitted content.
  4. The Organizer will award 1 most interesting comment with the Commander Sunrise Hero chair.
  5. Profile admins will remove comments violating the Rules.
  6. The winner will be notified via Instagram DM within 7 working days after the Contest ends.

§5. Prizes

  1. The prize is a Commander Sunrise Hero chair
  2. Prize value: approximately PLN 1389
  3. The winner will be notified via DM from @paradox24_com and must respond by May 7, 2025, with full name, email, and mailing address.
  4. Failure to provide correct data or respond in time will forfeit the prize.
  5. The Organizer reserves the right not to justify the choice of the winning comment.
  6. Completing the Contest Task means the Participant:
    • Owns all rights to their entry
    • Consents to image use for promotional purposes
    • Grants the Organizer a 5-year non-exclusive license for promotional use in any media, including edits and sublicensing
    • Waives personal copyright claims against the Organizer

The Organizer may disqualify entries that:

  • Violate Instagram rules
  • Do not meet criteria
  • Contain inappropriate or illegal content
  • Infringe third-party rights
  • Advertise non-PARADOX products/services
  1. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. If the winner declines, the Organizer may award another Participant.

§6. Personal Data

eco24 sp. z o.o., ul. Algierska 17k, Warsaw, is the personal data administrator. Data will be processed solely for Contest purposes (i.e., awarding prizes, result announcements, and legal compliance) and deleted after complaint periods expire.

Participants have the right to access, correct, delete, limit, object to, or transfer their data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

§7. Final Provisions

  1. The Contest Rules are available at paradox24.com
  2. A summary may be shared on Instagram or other Organizer platforms, but only this full document and the law have legal force.
  3. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of Contest end. The Organizer will respond within 7 business days. Inquiries may also be emailed to: [email protected]
